A Surge of QAS

Ever since StackOverflow succeed with its reputation along with its white label product, many were inspired (or alternatively, challenged by its closed-source) creating a surge of Question and Answering System (QAS) in the web application market.

… And here is my own! Introducing Qanda, open source QAS in PHP/MySQL.

Avoiding been another weekend project, Qanda is start small and simple. Powered by Kohana MVC Framework, the development took off with efficiency and quality. This project has been under development for a bit more than 2 months and with the past 2 weeks we have been theming up a presentable interface to go with demo site to showcase on what Qanda is offering.

This public demo will encourage more users to try out on Qanda and for developers, our code base is under strict quality control making code browsing a walk in the park. Although Qanda is currently in beta and todo list is still at large, the system is guaranteed to be driven by programming enthusiasts with constant deliverable and improvements to satisfy public demand.

Find out more on Qanda’s project page
